I applied online through there website, they then called me the next week to set up and interview. I went to the back of the store to meet with the manager and he asked me a couple questions and gave me a list of job positions that needed to be filled, then after i choose one he hired me and i started work the next day.

Applied online for the job, eventually someone called me to setup an interview. Finally got an interview setup. Had a phone interview then had an in-person interview. No one called me back to hire me.
