After appling and passing the question and answer session I was called by the HR manager at one of the local stores for an interview. I was interviewed by the HR manager, a store manager, and my specific manager and asked questions about previous experiences and how I handled it and what I would do in a given situation.

What would I do if a customer came in and wanted to return an item they say they purchased just a week ago but it clear that it was highly used and they had just cleaned it up some.
Relaxing interview. Felt more like a conversation to know each other better before starting employment. The interviewers were friendly and accommodating, providing me woth additional details on the work environment and and job scope.

the interview process was straight forward..basic questions about scenarios, what i bring to the table. Overall, the questions were HR like questions that try to gauge your experience, skillset and willingness to learn.
Interviewer was a nice person. It was not very challenging or stressful to get through the interview. I felt confident in my interview that I would be considered for the job.
