Lady came in and mumbled some of the questions on a piece of paper, checked her phone and let me have the paper to answer the questions myself. I'm pretty sure she knew they were going to hire anyone because I was informed that the CAP2 team was half the size it should be. Someone on my team worked 12 days in a row and we never met our goals because we never had enough people.
