I applied online and received a call about two weeks later. The interview process consisted of three interviews. At the first interview, they asked all the general questions. The second interview consisted of offering the job, and the third interview was for drug testing. Essentially, if you make it to the second interview, you have bagged the job.

For a lot of people applying at Walmart, they either haven't had customer service jobs, or any jobs previously.
Relaxing interview. Felt more like a conversation to know each other better before starting employment. The interviewers were friendly and accommodating, providing me woth additional details on the work environment and and job scope.

the interview process was straight forward..basic questions about scenarios, what i bring to the table. Overall, the questions were HR like questions that try to gauge your experience, skillset and willingness to learn.
Interviewer was a nice person. It was not very challenging or stressful to get through the interview. I felt confident in my interview that I would be considered for the job.
