I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Walmart
Interview
I applied online and was reached back by talent acquisition for the initial phone screening. The second stage was on a phone video interview with another Senior product manager after that I was reached back for another video interview with the hiring manager. The recruiter email gave me the start time of the interview, there was no end time and mentioned one person/hiring manager name who I was supposed to meet.
There were 3 people in the interview and it went for around 40 minutes. The hiring manager gave me the feedback that the interview was supposed to be for 30 min only (I was not aware of this) and was not happy that I was not cognizant about their time.
Fist 10 minutes were consumed in the introduction with 3 of the interviewers and myself. Each interviewer asked one question each and follow up questions took remaining time. When we reached 40 min, the hiring manager shut down the interview & gave the feedback to me.

I applied online. I interviewed at Walmart (Sunnyvale, CA)
Interview
Didn't even speak to a recruiter, my first interview scheduled was a 45 minute Product interview with the Hiring Manager. It was very product focused (not so much Walmart), with a product case. I felt underprepared which is why I didn't advance to the next round though if I had done more product related interview casing practice, I might have moved to additional rounds.
