The process itself is pretty straightforward and rather brisk. Little discussion of previous employment is involved aside from curiosity about why one might have left their previous position (which will not have bearing in one's selection). A discussion with the people lead (most of whom are tremendously professional and courteous) is followed by a discussion with one's potential department lead. This discussion simply establishes a candidate's knowledge of a department, stance on dealing with difficult customers and retail experience overall. This will usually conclude with a concrete job offer or declination from the company then and there, not wasting your time further, which is a definite plus.
