Interview process was not hard. Be prepared to conduct the interview at midnight if you applied for overnight shifts. Where walmart attire blue shirt- tan or black pants.
Do not be nervous they read the questions from a book so it tells you they just as knowledgeable as you.

Question 1
Name a place and time when you dealt with an angry or dissatisfied customer and what you did to help the customer?
Phone interview and then asked to come in for in person interview. The hiring manager asked typical interview questions. Why do you want to work here? And asked bout scheduling availability,
There was a lot of questions but overall it went pretty decent. They were your standard interview questions. I am happy with the outcome but maybe I could do better next time.
The interview was brief but straight forward. I interviewed with someone and was done within 15 minutes. They asked a few questions about myself and past job experience. Then I progressed to the next steps in the hiring process. The next steps where orientation.
