Well the way i got hired is a little weird. So pretty much first i applied online. The very next day i went to the walmart i had applied for and went straight to there backroom. I told the hiring manager i had applied and she just told me to come to an interview the very next day. So the following day i went in for the interview. It was actually 2 interviews. 1 with some random asian chick. The 2nd was with an assistant manager. once i was done with my 2nd interview i walk back in to the office in the back and she automatically told me i was hired. She gave me the drug test to go do. An she would call me when my background check came back. 2 days later i get a call to come in for orientation they do. Its paid orientation btw.
