I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Walmart (Everett, WA) in Jun 2014
Interview
Interview was just a typical interview. How would you handle "this or that" in "this specific setting". Wasn't hard at all if you had any work experience. Overall the Hiring Manager was laid back and didnt seem to serious. Hired me on the spot as well.
Quick , just asked if i had any work history. Were not concerned about having none, nor concerned about schooling.
Was more of a group group interview along with 3-4 other people applying for the same position.
Everyone there was hired.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Walmart (Houston, TX) in Feb 2024
Interview
I had a referral from a friend to get an interview. When I went in for the interview I was shown the area I would be working in and then was shown to the front door. They had me wait by personell for a couple minutes then told they would send the job offer.

Question 1
No questions were asked, I was just shown where I would be working.
Fast, quick, and very easy! They try to get through it fast so you can get right to work! They were kind enough to have a quick interview so I could finish up with my other job before I started my job here.
