Interview
Got call for fit test. Fit test includes carrying crates from 10-55 pounds for 9 mins non stop as fast as you can. There are a total of 6 crates and you have to move whatever crate the instructor tells you to. You can't stop and you can't run. Next was number of sit ups done in 1 minute. I did 40. Last you have to pedal for two minutes with your arms, with 50lbs resistance. You receive an email hours after completing the test saying if you are competitive or non competitive. Competitive means you passed. They then call you can tell you they will call your old job for reference, since my last jobs doesn't give references, they called one of my references listed on my application. After that they will call you and schedule an interview, when I arrived on my interview day, there was no interview. They offered me the job and sent me on my drug test and had me sign for background check.
