i had to apply online and they asked personality based questions after a good month they reached out to me and called me in for a interview and the interview was 5 minutes long showed me where id be working and i left they told me i got the job if i was called in for orientation, then i was called in for orientation and read the rules and a safety tour and i got the job
Pretty easy. A lot of information up front that's hard to retain but everything you need to find is online. Pretty much always ends with an offer. Just be cool.
Online application and skill assessment, followed by an in person interview with a team lead. Assessment was a little vaguely worded at times, but it all seems like common sense if you've worked customer facing roles before.
