Pretty simple interview process. Just apply online and speak with the manager in person. He’s usually there in the daytime. Once you pass the assessment it’s pretty easy to get into any position at Walmart. Answering the questions straightforward with no middle answers is key to passing the online assessment at Walmart

What my goals were and how would I be a good fit at Walmart
Very quick and easy, just your typical average interview. Nothing really much else to be said but apparently that's that. It's an interview, not really anything else beyond that. Didn't feel any way about it, neutral.
Submitted online application then had one-on-one interview with the manager. Chatted about availability and food safety knowledge. Also was asked about customer service knowledge. Heard back from the manager within a few days.

Do you have experience with a meat slicer or fryer?
It went well. Smooth not too hard. There were two people. They asked me simple questions. Generic interview questions. Its walmart. If you work hard they will appreciate it. Just takes a while to advance.
