The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Walmart (Gainesville, FL)
Interview
This was long time ago about 15 years ago, I received a call after I applied the application for few days. Then I got a interview, then they offer me the job.
Interview was pretty easy and straightforward. The starting pay was too low and I declined. Big company but pays low wages to employees not worth it. A lot of turn over it seems
It was easy and interviewer was friendly. I answered all the questions and got the job offer. It’s all about customer satisfaction and customer experience. Customer is centre of attraction here.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Walmart (Charlotte, NC) in Oct 2023
Interview
Mainly asks about availability and not questions. In my experience it wasn’t hard to get in but I also was recommended so that may have helped me. And there’s nothing else to tell
