I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Walmart in Mar 2020
Interview
The interview was pretty easy, and the questions weren't too difficult. It seemed like the person interviewing me was very nice and friendly. The company seems very friendly and fun as well! They gave me an overview of how the work would be like before asking questions about my skills and experience, which is what I thought the interview would be like. Then they asked if someone had recommended me to apply for this position, which I thought was odd because usually employers don't ask that question until after an offer has been made.
