Interviewed for a Staff PM Role in the San Bruno office.
Recruiter emailed me confirming a few minor things then we jumped straight into a HM interview. Then a onsite with 5 other directors of product. Overall a fairly smooth process, with no major curve balls. After the onsite interviews I was ghosted by the recruiter, who stopped replying to all my emails.

Poor communication and transparency. I was proactively reached out by a recruiter, applied to a job, then went through the interview process (screen, HM interview, stakeholder interview). After following up with both the HM and recruiter, they couldn't even send a simple rejection.
