Interview
After submitting the application online and doing the corresponding tasks, you are sent into the back Personnel office. Then you will speak with either the Personnel Lead (HR) or the current manager of the department you wish to work in. What I experienced felt more like a casual conversation with my manager. They asked about my level of experience and my expectations of the job. If successful, then they will show you around the store in your chosen department.
