This was just a traditional phone interview. Was honestly a few years ago so I don't remember too much about the process. It was overall a good experience though, and was more or less what I think a lot of people probably expect.

Competitive process, but if you are a bubbly person with strong work experience you should have no problem. The interviewer was very nice and made it very relaxed. They are not there to intimidate you, they are there to determine which location would be the best fit for you and the company.

First round: application, Second round: Web-based interview (Questionnaire), Third-Round: Phone Interview. Interviewer was nice and made me feel at ease. Prepare for your role and the company, but they really care about seeing your personality shine through so just be you. And smile!!
