I applied online for a different role, and was invited to an online interview about 2 weeks after my application was submitted. I started by interviewing for the role I applied to, but the recruiter thought I would be a better fit for Bussing so we switched to that. The questions were very easy, stuff like “how would you handle a spill in your area”, and “why do you want to work for Disney”. I think there was also a question about prior experience (which I had). Overall very relaxed interview experience. I only had the one interview, and was put on the waitlist.
