It was pretty smooth, it was on the phone. I was asked about my past experience in retail and how I dealt with situations that were handed to me. I was also asked about my experience with the Walt Disney Company, the interview took between 20-30minutes.
Group interview with a number of different applicants, going through possible scenarios with customers and asked to sell products to an imaginary customer using selling strategies etc to encourage them to buy it
