Process took most of the day. Met with the leads of different groups for a half an hour. Questions were straightforward covering tech expertise, process and cross departmental communication. Expectations on delivery are very high, so, mostly I think they were sizing me up to ensure I was going to be a team player when the stress level rises. Each person I met was knowledgable and answered my questions thoroughly.

Interview
No curveballs, easy to understand questions, mostly Zoom and one in-person. Really exciting company culture, and interviews were positive. Talked to several higher ups who seemed like they cared a lot. Excited to start!
