The first interview was a 30 minute phone call. They just wanted to get to know you and see if you were someone they would like to talk to on a daily basis. Second interview was a video interview. 30 minutes technical and 15 minutes just conversational.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company (New York, NY) in May 2018
Interview
I was contacted by phone. Interview went really well I was scheduled right then and there to speak to the QA manager that firiday(phone interview was Wednesday). Spoke to the manager that went good! About a week later I was told that I would be doing a face to face with people in Raleigh and Cal. Everything (as far as I am concerned) went really well, the only problem was they keep saying I had a lot of IT experience. Well, I got a call from a contract firm that works with bamtech and it seems that the people I interviewed with felt I would fit on another department. All this is good if the other department would contract you with an update. It has been 3weeks and all I get back is watching on the manager to respond. I had to move in and accept another job but it would have been nice if this company would have let someone know what is going on.....oh well maybe that is not where God wanted me to be.
