I applied online. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company (Orlando, FL) in Nov 2025
Interview
They asked about my background and what my job functions were. They asked me what hours I was looking for and let me know which locations where available. I then picked what location I would like to go to.
It was smooth and fast and straight ot the point. The interview was simple and the person interviewing me was very kind and nice and definitely cared about my past experience.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company (Orlando, FL)
Interview
I applied online, received a text message ,which I requested for text updates on, the next day. Went to the casting center and once I got there at my appointment time I had to go do a online application once again as one of the steps which takes a good 30-45 minutes. I passed that part then I had to wait about another 20 minutes before I was interviewed which sucked because I didn’t think the process would take all morning. I met with someone in a office and didn’t receive an offer because I couldn’t be available at 3am and 4am for cleaning so I automatically was told if I want to be reconsidered to call HR within 6 months. Definitely couldn’t work here, they had an issue with me being in college as is. Also, they stated I need to be available 24 hours out of 3 days to be part time and be available 24/7 if I want to be full time.
