Interview
Scheduling process was very streamlined. There’s a zoom interview first with a general recruiter. The second interview is with managers of the department that you’ll work for. When I interviewed with the a couple of the managers, the questions were easy. They asked about prior work experience and basic camera knowledge.
Online personality test and it was unfair since the position was taken down. Why give me an interview if you are going to take down the position down literally the same day?
the interview was very informal (which he said before we started) and there were no competence questions asked. It was more like a conversation about working there and a bit about me.
I'm not sure how to take this. Could it possibly mean they decided the outcome before I even got there?
