I had two group interviews and then was offered the position. It was pretty laid back. They just want to make sure you know how to talk to people and hold a conversation.
Group interview with a number of different applicants, going through possible scenarios with customers and asked to sell products to an imaginary customer using selling strategies etc to encourage them to buy it

The process was smooth from start to finish. I received clear instructions ahead of time, and the interviewer was kind, professional, and genuinely interested in getting to know me. The interview felt more like a conversation than a test, which really helped calm my nerves.
