3 parts to the interview process. Application, web based, and phone interview. Applying was simple. Web-based interview was just to know how your personality is and if Disney is the right job for you. Phone interview is when you talk to a recruiter and he/she asks questions about you and why you want to work for the company.

What I remember they make a phone call and began the interview, I think i did not take more than 30 minutes. Then, waited until you receive an email telling that you have been aceppented to the Disney College Program.

A primeira entrevista é em inglês e em dupla, com os recrutadores da STB, as minhas perguntas foram:
- Se apresente
- Por que vc quer trabalhar na Disney?
- Quais seriam as partes ruins de trabalhar na disney pra vc?
- Como vc imagina que seria seu dia trabalhando na Disney?
- O que vc vai fazer quando voltar do intercâmbio?
- Top role e por que?
- Personagem favorito
Já a minha segunda e última entrevista foi individual e em inglês, com os recrutadores da própria Disney:
- Pediu pra eu me apresentar
- Perguntou se eu tive alguma experiência profissional e pediu pra eu falar sobre e o que eu fazia
- Citei meu intercâmbio, então ele pediu pra eu contar sobre
- Perguntou se no meu intercâmbio eu tive a experiência de dividir o quarto com alguém, e como foi isso
- Perguntou meu top 3 roles (ai eu respondi e defendi pq eu queria essas roles)
- Perguntou se tava tudo bem trabalhar várias horas, em finais de semana e em feriados
