I applied in April. 3 weeks later, received an email asking for my portfolio. 1 day later, received an email to set up a phone screening with the recruiter. 1 week later, had phone screening. 2 weeks later, 1st onsite interview with executive. It was awkward and her demeanor turned me off about the position. 2 weeks later, asked to come back for 2nd onsite interview, which happened a week later. 3 more executives, all very friendly and welcoming. The dept is being restructured and no one could clearly define role and workflow with other departments. Had to follow up multiple times with recruiter in order to hear any updates.
