Interview
I went through a phone screen with a recruiter from HR, then was asked to submit a writing test. Afterwards I was contacted by three people on the Comms team for an in-person interview and was offered the job two weeks later.
Phone call with a recruiter, then online interview with the hiring managers, and a final online interview with the Director
Asked basic questions and questions specifically related to the job description
The interviewing process was simple and straightforward, consisting of a direct conversation with the head of department, and I received an offer just a few hours after the call ended.
It was enjoyable to have a convo with them and they seem friendly. questions asked were relevant and not too difficult to answer. mostly about experience and the company etc
