Short phone call where they ask mainly questions about past experience and what-ifs. Didn't give any feedback after the interview. Interviewed by three people at once with an awful connection on their end which was also on speaker, had to put my phone on speaker and plug one of my ears to even be able to hear the questions.

Phone screening with a recruiter and interview with hiring team. Phone screening was basic behavioral -- they are looking to see if you'll fit in with culture. No coding questions in the interview, but they asked questions about technology I would use in the position.
