Was contacted by a recruiter at the corporate center of excellence via LinkedIn. The recruiter set up a phone interview within a week. The phone interview with the recruiter went well and I was told that she would let me know what the next steps are. I emailed to follow up and she said she will let me know in a few weeks time. I send another email in a few weeks to follow up and says since fiscal year is ending, the company is in a "holding pattern". Told me to follow up after fiscal year ends. Emailed her again after fiscal year end and haven't recieved a response in a month. Really slow and inefficient hiring process that didn't even progress to the interview stage in 4 months after a phone interview.
