I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company (London, England) in Sep 2013
Interview
The job interview was an open selection. It was friendly and informal with about 10 other interviewees involved. I was asked to introduce myself and say something interesting about myself. From the outset it felt like a personality test and I watched very carefully as my former employer paid careful attention as to whom could make him laugh the most. I was then asked to select a toy from the shelf and try attempt to sell it to the rest of the room. I got the most laughs out of everyone and that honestly, I think, sealed the deal. It was quite a simple interview and very relaxed.
Group interview with a number of different applicants, going through possible scenarios with customers and asked to sell products to an imaginary customer using selling strategies etc to encourage them to buy it

I had a group interview, we all sat around a table and were asked both individual questions and worked in groups with management walking around listening to us,
It was pretty laid back
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company (Orlando, FL)
Interview
The process was smooth from start to finish. I received clear instructions ahead of time, and the interviewer was kind, professional, and genuinely interested in getting to know me. The interview felt more like a conversation than a test, which really helped calm my nerves.
