I applied online after seeing the vacancy advertised on both RateMyPlacement and my universities internal jobs system. The actual interview was extremely pleasant, and gave me a very positive impression of the employees and company. It lasted from 9 to 3:30/4 I can't quite remember.
I believe the closing day was 15th December for this position - and I heard back sort of mid-January.
Phone call with a recruiter, then online interview with the hiring managers, and a final online interview with the Director
Asked basic questions and questions specifically related to the job description
The interviewing process was simple and straightforward, consisting of a direct conversation with the head of department, and I received an offer just a few hours after the call ended.
It was enjoyable to have a convo with them and they seem friendly. questions asked were relevant and not too difficult to answer. mostly about experience and the company etc
