I tried for this program twice. There is an easy online application that requires your previous experience and program interests. Once you go past the initial screening, there is three days to finish your web interview. Here is where I got stuck on my first try, and did not pass the interview. I passed the second time by being much more meticulous with my answers. Once the web interview passes, they schedule for a phone interview which could be anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks after your date depending on availability. The phone interview recommends block a large portion of time out of a day, 15 minutes before, and 15 minutes after, totaling about 45 minutes total time, plus waiting and preparing, so about an hour total. This phone interview was not typical of interviews where they ask you of your abilities, but they do explain the program and the expectations of the program, such as the Disney Look, and whatnot. As a college student, I recommend this to other college students trying to jump start writing their resume and interview skills regardless of whether or not they get an offer.
