I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company in Jan 2014
Interview
Extremely long interview through phone. You’re better off finding a nice, quiet place to take the interview. I remember scheduling the interview. The person conducting the interview called me two days prior and asked me when would be best to talk about the whole internship thoroughly. The interview as a whole was incredibly extensive. When you’re done, they’ll tell you that will be in touch with you. Two days later, I was told by phone that I got the internship and was told where I would work, my pay rate, at what time I would like to start working, etc.

The interviewing process was simple and straightforward, consisting of a direct conversation with the head of department, and I received an offer just a few hours after the call ended.
It was enjoyable to have a convo with them and they seem friendly. questions asked were relevant and not too difficult to answer. mostly about experience and the company etc
