I applied online and received a 20-minute telephone screen invitation within two weeks, which consisted of basic questions (why are you interested in WDC, basic experience/competencies, location logistics, etc).
I received a follow-up interview invitation with two analysts the following week. This was more technical and personal with some canned behavioral questions. The interviewers coach the interviewee to use the STAR or CAR method to answer the questions. If you don't it will just make the interviewer's note taking much more difficult.
My final interview was with the hiring manager; the manager was very nice and actually made it seem like I had the offer at that point. We talked about my final year of school, moving to Florida, etc. The manager also gave a more in-depth description of what I would expect to complete on a day-to-day basis.
By the end of the fourth week, I received a verbal offer from the recruiter and accepted online the same day. Overall it was a great recruitment experience; the recruitment team did an amazing job keeping me informed and built excitement to work for the firm.
All interviews were completed via phone or BlueJeans due to proximity to the work site.
