Interview
(Phone Screen) Asked basic questions regarding the role and then asked what my career goals. The position was communications based and my degree incorporated both communications and marketing. The interviewer said that it seemed this role was more communications based and that I might be looking for something different, but that it seemed I was a good fit.

Phone call with a recruiter, then online interview with the hiring managers, and a final online interview with the Director

The interviewing process was simple and straightforward, consisting of a direct conversation with the head of department, and I received an offer just a few hours after the call ended.
It was enjoyable to have a convo with them and they seem friendly. questions asked were relevant and not too difficult to answer. mostly about experience and the company etc
