The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company (Irvine, CA) in Jun 2018
Interview
In the past 6 months I’ve been able to interview for similar roles within departments at Disney. I couldn’t believe it that my dream company noticed my application let alone interview me. The recruiters did a great job in keeping me in the loop during the process. However, after the 2nd interview be it phone or onsite I had to do extensive follow up for 1-2 months. One role had the position put on hold the other went to a contractor. This past one I was told they found a better candidate. Yes it’s possible to get an interview if you have the personality and skills but I can’t seem to figure out what it took to make it past the on site interview. I’ll keep trying to one day get the team but it’s hard when the company rarely hires external candidates.

Question 1
How would you prioritize your work when there is a last minute report that needs to be completed?
The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company
Interview
I went through 5 rounds of 45-minute sessions, then a final round with the VP. The whole process took nearly two months, only to be ghosted in the end after sending multiple follow-ups. Very disrespectful to their candidates, and clearly not something you would expect from a company like Disney.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company (London, England) in May 2025
Interview
Performed with the utmost rush on their side, but would then wait weeks between rounds for updates. The team seemed stressed and stretched thin- I'd already received another offer by the time I completed round 2 and was prepared to resign from the interview process, but the company then ghosted me. Overall a very negative experience for such a big company with a reputation to uphold.

Question 1
How would you create a sales package for the Christmas period?
The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company (Singapore) in May 2024
Interview
Phone call with HR, asks about your current pay but does not ask for your expected pay. Had 2 rounds with hiring manager, 1 round as a vibe and experience check, 2nd to present a task given to complete over 5 work days and 3rd interview with other key stakeholder. Friendly and reasonable interviewers. Despite going through multiple rounds and having invested close to 2 months into the interview process - the HR had ghosted me despite several follow ups. This was unexpected and disappointing. Even if there was no offer, I would have appreciated closure, especially having invested so much time into the overall process
