Absolutely horrible. It was with the Walt Disney Studios for an IT Security job and I flew down there from a different state to meet with the management. They didn't offer to even buy me lunch, it took 2 months to get my money back for the trip (I was told i had to front out the money to go see them and they would re-imburse me)...The best part of it all though, I go through the ridiculous process and the hiring manager said he wanted to talk to me one last time before making an offer...He was scheduled to call me at 11am, instead of him calling me, HR called me instead and said he cancelled last minute and they dont know why, but HR would call me back to let me know what happened. HR completely disappeared and wouldnt respond to my emails. I would have expected more from a company like Disney. This was the worst interview I have ever had in my life and honestly I wanted to walk out the door and end it myself many times.
