A group interview. Took our pictures on Polaroids then we were paired up and had to introduce our partner to the room. Next exercise had us "sell" a range of products we selected on a table to the group and the room. We were then given prompts of typical retail scenarios and asked how we would tackle these problems. Then we each answered one interview question.
