It was a group interview and there were eight of us, with two jobs available. First, we were split into pairs and asked to introduce our partner to the group by asking certain questions. Next, our attention was brought to the collection of toys in the middle of the room. We were asked to pick one each, and "sell" it to the rest of the group, listing it's features etc. We were then asked to move our chosen products onto the person to our right, meaning we had to pitch two products, one we personally chose and one we didn't. Finally, we were put back into our pairs and given a shopping scenario. My partner and I were asked to find a present for a 21 year old male, with a £25 budget. Again, we had to explain our choices to the group. After these activities, we were given availability sheets to fill in and talked through the dress standard in the store. The whole process lasted about an hour.
