The initial application process was easy to navigate over the computer on Disney's Career Website. I applied for a position by filling out an online application. I was very detailed in my previous experience section and listed descriptions and skills that weren't word-for-word from my resume and tried to copy job descriptions from my previous employer's job postings. I got a an email about a week later and preformed both online and over the phone interviews.
