No structure, no communication. I was called for a second interview a month after the 1st interview and still haven’t been told any outcome. This was for a 12 month contract, likely to be 9 months now. The interviews were poorly structured with HR and marketing arguing over structure in the interview.

Interview
It was a good interview, no follow up even with repeated attempts to find out outcome either way. It was also a long and time consuming interview process, so was a little disappointing to note have your time respected.

They asked about previous experience. Standard questions.
In total there were three stages, initial screener phone interview, followed by two in person interviews. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming throughout the process and provided a great insight into the company, which was very helpful.
