Group interview, included questions such as 'Why do you work to with Disney?' and 'what does Disney mean to you?' I'd make sure to include about the company and not that you just 'love Disney' it then included going on the shop floor and choosing a product and to sell it.
Beware though, all staff apart from managers are part time. I had to turn the role down as they only offered 8 hour contracts.
