Question 1
What is a Campaign that stood out to you, or you believe was successful and why?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company in Sep 2025
Interview
This was probably one of the smoothest and most respectful interview processes I've ever gone through! I had four rounds, beginning with a recruiter, and everyone was kind and approachable! I think how a company treats its interviewees is very telling on how they treat their employees. If you're present and personable, you'll bring out the best in your candidates! I wasn't asked any formal STAR questions, but I was able to weave in my prepared stories to back up my statements.

Telephone interview asking general questions and giving info about the role. Overall positive experience, not too hard and the recruiter was very friendly. I always felt comfortable and at ease.
