Interview
The hiring process is a joke. They don't even give you the position you apply for. When I went in, the woman who interviewed me knew nothing about business and knew nothing about the interview process. I was going for my Bachelor's in Business and she told me that my degree meant nothing with Disney. I told her I ran three businesses simultaneously for five years and she asked me if my businesses were legitimate businesses. I had to explain to her that I had a business license for each one and paid taxes on each business. She then looked at her computer and told me that all she had available was seasonal custodial and that I could take it or leave it.

Interview
It was a phone interview with a recruiter and was only about 20 minutes in length! Asked about interest in the program and the questions were pretty easy interview overall!
Waiting time is long. Many candidates at the interview centre. Easy interview questions. They need people more than I need the job, it seems. Culture is good, have proper training and on boarding.
First round is phone interview, I was asked very general and basic questions. Easy interview overall, no need to worry. Just remember to attend the interview and dress well. They have an interview centre, and many attendees everday I guess.
