I applied online. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company (London, England) in Dec 2018
Interview
I applied with my CV and Cover Letter, then received a telephone interview with the interns in the current year. This was just asking generic questions like why Disney?
I then received a call asking to come in for an assessment day which was from 8.45 to 5.30pm. The day involved a group task, group presentation, excel test, 10 min presentation on a topic given beforehand, then two interviews which were 20 mins each.
The day was relaxed and the questions were hard but answerable. They made you think and you had to have done some research.

I applied online. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company
Interview
Interview started off with a 20 minute phone screen from the recruiter, then a 30 minute interview through Bluejeans with the hiring manager, then a 2 hour interview with the team and hiring manager. No technical questions or case studies, they were all pretty much behavioral and going through my resume.

Why Disney?
The interview process was terrible. The internal recruiter was unprofessional and severely uninformed about the position, salary, and benefits. She often provided inaccurate salary and job information over the phone with family screaming in the background.
