After the initial phone call screening from HR in Burbank, I was scheduled for an interview at the NYC office. I met with the VP and 3 other team members and interviewed for over 2 hours. I thought the interview was engaging and felt more relaxed than a usual situation. After the standard questions about my resume I was asked to review a sample case to provide an example of the work I would be doing in this position. I sent a follow up email the next day then I did not hear back for over 2 weeks. It was only after I reached out to HR twice they replied and first said they were still making their decision then finally within the same day I was delivered a rejection. Absolutely unprofessional behavior from a company as large as Disney ABC.
