Interview
The interview process is lengthy. There is an online interview and a phone interview. The online interview is like a standardized test. Please be honest with your answers because if Disney doesn't think you are a good match they are probably right. It's not a job for everyone. The phone interview is kind of intense but can be very fun if you get a nice person. Again, be honest with your answers and be yourself. If you're excited, be excited. If they ask you which roles you would like, be real with them and if they bring up a role you wouldn't like, tell them you'd prefer something else.
Really laid back and fun! Interviewer was very nice and excited, so if you’re relaxed and confident in yourself and the answers you give, the interview itself should go smoothly. Make sure to really share your excitement and fit key words in like the 5 keys to really make you shine!
Laid back interview. Very simple questions. Why do you want to work here? What are your favorite rides? Experience in specific roles. Usually, questions are about customer service positions. Difficulties with coworkers and how you solved those problems. How you work in teams. Major focus on who you are as a person to see if you fit into the company cuture.

It was very easy! I was interviewed for a short time which kinda scared me but I got accepted. I loved working there!! I would advice to just be confident and answer at your best possible abilities
