I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company in Jul 2019
Interview
I applied online 1 month ago and I got called in for a group interview. There were a total of 6 people who came and 2 managers. We were asked to introduce ourselves then split us into 2 groups to do some activity. We were given small pieces of paper with different job roles and we were told to rank them from most important to least important then we had to explain why we put them in that rank. Then we got split into pairs and we were given 2 cards with different scenarios. We had to act out how we would react in each scenario. By the end of the interview we were asked to sing one by one. You didn't have to be good at singing but they just wanted to see if you were down to acting silly.
Some advice: if you are applying for this job, make sure you aren't shy and you're not afraid of acting silly. I wasn't comfortable doing silly stuff in front of a crowd so I can understand why I didn't get the job. You have to be confident.
Group interview with a number of different applicants, going through possible scenarios with customers and asked to sell products to an imaginary customer using selling strategies etc to encourage them to buy it

Interview
I had a group interview, we all sat around a table and were asked both individual questions and worked in groups with management walking around listening to us,
It was pretty laid back
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company (Orlando, FL)
Interview
The process was smooth from start to finish. I received clear instructions ahead of time, and the interviewer was kind, professional, and genuinely interested in getting to know me. The interview felt more like a conversation than a test, which really helped calm my nerves.
