If you are a woman and over 40, don't waster your time.
I applied for a job, was reached out to by a recruiter, then a phone interview with the hiring manager, and finally an in-person onsite gauntlet. The minute I walked up I sensed the situation. All men interviewers in leadership and I am an older woman. They immediately discounted me and couldn't be bothered. I was overqualified for the job, I was simply looking to get my foot in the door, but they treated me like I was wasting their time. Afterward, I saw on Linkedin that the person they hired was, surprise, a man. The recruiter tried to let me down easily, saying they all loved you. I call BS, they totally ignored me and my experience.
