I originally applied in October of 2018, so I was shocked when I received an email in January 2019 regarding the position because I forgot I even applied. Several candidates were there interviewing. I signed in and waited in the lobby as they were running behind. I was then greeted by an older woman who took me inside of this training room. At this point, I thought it was going to be a group interview. I waited maybe around 20 minutes until I was called by an interviewer. During the wait time they give you a cast member newsletter to read. I was then greeted by two young ladies, who didn't strike me as management but as department leads. The interview took place at one of their cubicles. The interview was based on me providing examples of certain customer service based situations that arose in my previous positions. They did ask if I knew how to upsell, I do not. Regardless of the sales inquiry, I felt the interview went well. I've worked in customer service core positions. I am no stranger to irate customers or high paced environments. They told me what was expected of scheduling and daily routines. Then I did a mock phone call of vacation pricing, which was cool. All in all, I left feeling like the interview went extremely well and I had a great chance of landing the job. Actually, I left thinking I truly had the job. The young lady even said as she walked me out after the interview to prepare to hear from them on Monday. I interviewed on a Friday. We also went over training dates and times and what expected during the training period. A week later, I was shocked when I got an email saying Thanks but no Thanks.
